Mr B, pictured left was seen out on his bike yesterday hot footing it down to the local delicatessen on his weekly cheese shop.
Kieran had planned to get out on his bike yesterday but it rained a bit. We're not expecting any rain in Scotland in September so there's no point training in it. Last seen in the Raj Douth collapsed under a mountain of butter chicken and naan breads. Legend.
Adam's last communication was an email from his phone claiming he was carb. loading on a couple of pints of Flat Cap.
Pete at Trailbrakes has come up with the goods and can provide transport and accom. whilst on our trip. We had the option of staying in bunkhouses or BnBs and Inns for and extra £50. All agreed it was a no-brainer. A fry-up every morning followed by a 10-stair stagger to bed after a night re-hydrating on the ales.
This fitness program can be downloaded for £10 a go, all donations will get eaten.
